Hello Spring!!

Spring cleaning, gardening and yard work!  As spring and summer unfold we become more active.  Take your time and don't overdo it!  Getting a massage can help you recover from the aches and pains we get from activities we enjoy, and can prevent injuries.  A tight rubber band breaks easier than a soft one, our muscles are the same!  Take care of your body and your body will take care of you!
